| The Poonawalla Group have diversified into the hospitality
business under Mr. Yohan Poonawalla’s able leadership by acquiring
a stake in two UK-based hotels. One of them a luxury spa at Surrey
called Grayshott. Just one hour from London. Grayshott has 47 acres
of gardens, woods & sweeping lawns adjoining 700 acres of National
Trust land, preserved for its outstanding natural beauty. It is undergoing
an extensive refurbishment program for the Spa, leisure areas and
guest rooms, which will ensure that it maintains a reputation as Uk’s
leading Health Spa. Besides the various natural therapies, beauty
treatments and fitness programs, the Spa also has a golf course, two
indoor Tennis Courts and an indoor and outdoor Swimming Pool as well

close to the Formula 1 racing track at Silverstone. The hotel is accompanied

The Great Hall was originally commissioned in the year 1537; thereafter,
